Our AI booking assistant helps turn your replies into a grooming enquiry. Your replies are processed by our secure hosting and AI service providers. Please share only information needed for your dog’s visit, and never share passwords, payment details or private information about other people. AI can make mistakes, so check the summary before sending.

With your permission, your contact details, address, dog profiles and visit preferences are securely delivered to the Paws N Bones app so we can follow up by SMS. Enquiries are requests, not confirmed appointments. Pending enquiry details are kept online for up to 90 days and removed from the online queue when received by the app. Your account retains enquiry references and delivery status. Contact info@pawsnbones.com for access, corrections or deletion.

You can choose a passkey or email and password. Passkey verification uses your device; we do not receive your PIN, fingerprint or face data. Passwords are protected with a salted one-way hash and are never sent to the AI assistant or the grooming app. Account emails are stored as a protected lookup value. Secure session cookies are used for account sign-in and abuse prevention. Your unsubmitted answers stay in this page’s memory and clear when you close or refresh it. Your animation preference may be stored in your browser. Marketing updates are optional and separate from booking messages.
